Measuring our ads with the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, code from Meta Platforms, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. On the home page and the order confirmation page it tells Meta which page you viewed, whether you went on to checkout, and whether you completed an order and its value. Meta also receives technical details such as your IP address, browser and device, and the pixel sets cookies such as _fbp in your browser.
Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target ads. Meta handles that information under the Meta Privacy Policy.
After an order, the site keeps a small marker in your browser’s local storage so the same order isn’t counted twice.
Opting out
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel doesn’t load at all.
- You can control ads based on your activity in Meta’s ad preferences.
- You can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info in the US or youronlinechoices.eu in Europe.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings.
Orders
Orders are paid on a checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details and processes them under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We receive your name, email, shipping address and order details so we can ship your Agentdock and contact you about your order. We never see your full card number.
Hosting and site analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you across other sites.
Selling and sharing
We don’t sell personal information for money. Under some US state laws, including California’s, using the Meta Pixel for advertising can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out with Global Privacy Control or by emailing us.
Your requests
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hendrik.chiche@omgrab.com. We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill orders and meet legal and tax obligations.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
